We are looking for someone who can commit to Full-Time, across 4 shifts per week. Being flexible would be a great plus!
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means we can offer great flexibility if required. At Kimpton we encourage our Team Members to Be Yourself and Lead Yourself! We will be there to support you each step of the way.
We are paying £13.30 per hour plus service charge and all overtime is paid for.
As a Demi Chef De Partie your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting our CDPs and wider Kitchen team to provide excellent culinary experiences by ensuring excellent flavour, presentation and timely service. To smash this role out of the park, the key skills & experience you’ll ideally already have are:
Passion for providing excellent culinary experiences and experience working in various sections of the kitchen
Experience working as a Demi CDP in a 4/5* Hotel or restaurant
City & Guilds 706/1 or NVQ equivalent
Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
